To change or cancel your order, it must be done within the first 48 hours from your deposit date/time. We custom assemble the product to your order, so cancelling or changing color, quantity, or model is not possible after your product is already in the assembly line. If you must change your order, you will be charged 10% of the purchase price. For cancelling orders after 48 hours, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

Your spa chair order will be mainly delivered by a third party carrier. Truck carrier will drop at the curbside of your store front. If you need inside delivery, or if your business has stairs, elevator, or inside mall access, you must request for this service, a fee will be charged by the freight company.

If you received your order with damages on the box, first; do not sign the Bill of Lading, second; immediately call Beauty Spa Expo Customer Care for further instruction.

Beauty Spa Expo’s product is user friendly and you can install the spa chair on your own, if you are technically incline. However, we would highly recommend a licensed plumber for installation because they would know the local plumbing code and are mainly insured, if any problem arises.

Should your cushion leather get dirty just use the leather cleaner & conditioner to wipe them regularly to keep it clean and shiny.

No problem. With durable supple leather cushion, all you need to do is wet the cloth with a little Acetone solution (50-50 acetone-water mix) and wipe out the stain right away. Afterwards, wipe the area clean with wet cloth. Prolonged exposure to acetone or other harsh chemicals may damage your leather fabric. Please use chemicals sparingly to extend the life span of the leather fabric.

For the gravity drain system, you will need 1 1/2” PVC female coupling so Beauty Spa Expo’s spa chair flexible drain pipe can be inserted into.

The size of the hot and cold waterinlet from the Beauty Spa Expo’s, you will need a ½” water hose.

If you purchase pedicure chairs, they are 99% pre-assembled. The only things you need to do is lift up the spa cushion to an upright position, connect plumbing, power up, and then start operating.

After every client. We recommend cleaning daily by removing the jet cover and impeller. Soak them in cleaning solution after each use. (Please follow your state laws).

There are two types of drain systems. One is the floor drain system which uses gravity to drain the water directly into the floor from each spa. The other is the power drain pump system which will be used to drain out water to the drain pipe above the floor (app. up to 3” to 6” above ground level). Note: if you need a discharge pump, please let Beauty Spa Expo, Inc. know before ordering. A discharge pump is not included with a standard purchase.

If your plumbing is beneath the ground, you will be using a gravity drain and you may not need a discharge pump. However if your plumbing is above the ground or from the wall which you may need drain uphill, having a discharge pump installed into the chairs will help drain water out of the tub and send it to the drain source with a push of a button on the spas.

Most states require a standard 110V GFCI (ground fault circuit interuptor) protected outlet. Each state may vary. For international customers, it varies.

No, but you do have to make sure the spa pedicure chair is securely balanced on the floor.

Pipeless systems use a unitized jet/filter device that is operated by its own independent motor which does not clog with body hair and dirt. The motor is mounted directly to the tub eliminating the need for pipes. Using a pipeless jet chair reduces the risk of infections, provides a quieter and smoother operation, and low maintenance.

Of course! We will send you tracking information as soon as your order is on the truck. The carrier will have an estimated time of arrival for you. If you do not see your shipment on the carrier's website right away, do not worry. It can take several hours or sometimes longer to go through their system.

Our standard delivery service will bring the pedicure chair to your curbside or front door. Furniture items are very heavy, so please make sure you have some help to bring it inside.

Orders are usually shipped from the warehouse within 2 to 4 business days. Products that are made to order, including all pedicure chairs, can take longer and we will give you an updated time frame once production has started. Depending on your location, you can expect your order to be delivered within 5 to 10 business days after it leaves the warehouse.

You will receive instructions in your order confirmation email. It is very important that you, or anyone who will receive the delivery, reads and follows the instructions. Otherwise, you may be responsible for damaged items.

Yes, but there may be costs. If we can process your cancellation before your item begins production, you will receive a refund minus only any credit card fees that are not returned to us. In the case of credit cards, there is a 2.9% fee that does not get returned to us regardless of the reason for cancellation. Note that in some cases production may start within just a few hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, if the manufacturer has already started production before we are able to stop it, you will have to return the item or be charged a restocking fee under the conditions set out below.

Our returns policy is through the manufacturer, meaning that they handle the return - the only part we play is coordinating with them. The manufacturers' return policies vary and are subject to change without warning. We will not be held responsible if the customer do not understand the return policy for his or her order, or if the specific warranty differs from the general summary below.
